Our Vision

DD&J Bookkeeping was founded with the belief that small businesses deserve accurate books, clear financial insight, and a partner who genuinely cares about their success. David brings the same dedication he gives his own family to every client relationship — helping business owners gain confidence, clarity, and control over their financial future.

In 2022, David, his wife Diana, and their son David launched a small family business that remains successful today. Running a business firsthand — and later transitioning it to his son — gave him a practical understanding of the challenges small business owners face, from navigating cash flow to staying compliant to juggling daily responsibilities. This real-world experience allows David to support clients not just as a bookkeeper, but as someone who has walked in their shoes.

His daughter Jasmine also contributes to the family’s efforts and is part of the inspiration behind DD&J’s commitment to trustworthy, family-centered service.

Our Team

David Pittack is the founder of DD&J Bookkeeping and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified bookkeeper. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting and a Master’s degree in Management, giving him a strong academic foundation in financial principles, organizational leadership, and operational efficiency.

Before starting DD&J Bookkeeping, David served in the military, where he developed discipline, accountability, and a mission-focused mindset — qualities that deeply influence the level of reliability and consistency he brings to his bookkeeping work.
